Dr. Roopa Nair
President | Senior Investigative Journalist & Media ReformerA trailblazer in investigative reporting and media ethics, Dr. Nair has led national exposés on corruption, gender violence, and environmental injustice. She serves as the public face of IPJA and chairs the National Ethics Council.

Secretary General | Professor & Former EditorWith over 30 years in print and digital journalism, Rao oversees IPJA's operations, partnerships, and member engagement. He is known for mentoring young journalists and building inclusive editorial teams.

Vice President (Education & Training)A leading voice in journalism education, Prof. Bachhil designs IPJA's national training curriculum and leads its student outreach programs. She advocates for curriculum reform and regional language media empowerment.

Director of Digital StrategyA digital rights activist and newsroom technologist, Nandan leads IPJA's cybersecurity initiatives, innovation labs, and digital safety campaigns. He also manages the association's online platforms and data ethics policy.
